Softline Pastel's established accounting software, ERP and business software Training Department is committed to developing the right training solution for your needs.
Our Training Department focuses specifically on designing hands on, practical training in a classroom environment for the Pastel product range; establishing and certifying 3rd party Pastel Authorised Training Centres throughout South Africa; as well as assisting tertiary and secondary institutions to implement Pastel training and education within their institution.
There are many unauthorised training centres who offer Pastel training. Please ensure that you only attend Pastel Accounting software training at an Authorised Training Centre. Pastel will not guarantee services nor solve any disputes that may arise between yourself and an unauthorised training centre.

University of Pretoria’s New Lab Opening 8 June 2011 The Pastel team attended the official reopening of the University of Pretoria’s new IT lab. Prof Cheryl de la Rey, the university’s new Principal, as well as several Deputy Principals, Deans of Faculties and a number of Heads of Departments attended the opening. Pastel presented a small gift to all that attended what proved an excellent showcase of Pastel Accounting with the universities top management. |

Damelin West Rand’s Open Day 10 & 11 June 2011 Pastel Accounting teamed up with Damelin West Rand’s accounting department in hosting a stand at their annual Open Day. All the surrounding school’s grade 12 learners were invited and Team Pastel was on hand to answer any questions about Pastel Partner, which forms part of the accounting course schedule at the tertiary institution. |

SAAA Conference 27 – 29 June 2011 Pastel Accounting together with SAICA and AAT proudly hosted a stand at the South African Accounting Association Conference held at Fancourt, George. The conference was attended by most academic accounting staff from tertiary institutions in Southern Africa and Team Pastel was there to promote the launch and implementation of Pastel training into these institutions. |

University of the Western Cape’s Winter School Program 27 June – 8 July 2011 The Department of Accounting at the University of the Western Cape ran a winter school program for Grade 12 learners for a period of two weeks. The program aimed at assisting learners who have the potential to excel as well as to create awareness of the University and the CA Profession. Pastel Accounting proudly co-sponsored the program and presented a stationary pack to all students that attended. |

The LGAC Graduation Hosted by the AAT 23 July 2011 The Association of Accounting Technicians SA hosted one of many graduation ceremonies in Cape Town on Saturday the 23 July.
