Please note access to the Authorised Training Centre Zone is restricted to Authorised Training Centres only. As a Pastel Authorised Training Centre you will receive exclusive access to a range of information from Softline Pastel. Furthermore, the interactive sections of the Authorised Training Centre Zone allow you to communicate with, receive information from and transmit information to Pastel in real time, online.
How to log into the Authorised Training Centre Zone
In order to successfully log into the Pastel Authorised Training Centre Zone, you will be required to enter your company’s product serial number in the Serial Number field. You can find your serial number on a sticker at the bottom of your Pastel product, as well as on the back of your software CD. Furthermore, you will be required to enter your Customer Number in the Customer Number field. Your Customer Number is provided to you via e-mail, SMS or fax upon registration of your software and the issue of an Authorisation Code.
