How to log into the Customer Zone
To successfully log into the Pastel Customer Zone, you need to enter your serial number in the Serial Number field (you’ll find this number on a sticker at the bottom of your Pastel product box, as well as on the back of your software DVD case). In addition, you need to enter your Customer Number in the Customer Number field. Your Customer Number is provided to you via e-mail, SMS or fax when you register your software.
